The Jäger is a contemporary interpretation of the traditional Wirtshaus, inviting guests of all ages to enjoy authentic cuisine and locally brewed beer in a distinctive setting. Located in the heart of Tübingen, the project serves as a pilot for future franchise locations, based on a smart toolbox concept that allows flexible adaptation to different spaces while preserving each location’s identity.
